We collect the minimum needed to sell you a file and send it to you. No data is sold, and nothing is shared beyond the providers that make the shop work.
Your email address, and your name if you give it, when you buy a product, request the free starter pack, or send a message through the contact form.
Order details: which products you bought, the amount, and the date. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our systems.
Basic, aggregated analytics about page views and which products get viewed. This is used to decide what to build next, not to profile you.
To deliver your download links and provide support for what you bought.
To send the Friday drop email if you asked for it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects access to a product you own.
To meet accounting and tax obligations on completed sales.
Our payment provider, to take card payments securely.
Our email and hosting providers, to store your record and deliver messages.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@evergreendrops.com.
We respond to requests within 30 days, usually far sooner.
We use essential storage to remember your cart between visits, and privacy-friendly analytics that do not follow you across other websites.
