These terms cover what you can do with the digital products you buy from Evergreen Drops, and what we promise in return. Plain English, no surprises.
Every product sold on this site is a digital file or set of files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped physically, and no physical goods are offered.
Product pages list the exact formats and file counts included. If anything you receive does not match that description, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
When you buy a pack you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for personal projects and in your own commercial work, including work you deliver to clients.
You may edit, adapt and rebrand the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or share the source files as a product, template shop listing, or free download, whether modified or not.
Teams: one purchase covers one person or one small business. If you need access for a larger team, write to us for a team licence.
Download links are issued automatically as soon as payment clears, shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to the address you enter at checkout.
Links do not expire. If you lose one, email us from the address you purchased with and we will resend it.
When a pack is updated you receive the new version at no extra cost.
All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
Do not use the products to build anything unlawful, or to create a competing template, planner or prompt library for resale.
We may revoke a licence if these terms are broken, in which case no refund is due.
The products are provided as-is. They are tools, not guarantees of a business result, and we cannot be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is the amount you paid for the product concerned.
We may update these terms as the shop changes; the version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
