    WEBSITE AUDIT PROPOSAL
Prepared by Your Studio for Client Name
    Website reviewed: clientwebsite.com

    1. WHERE THINGS STAND
An initial scan of clientwebsite.com scored 58/100 across conversion, clarity, trust, search visibility and speed.
The issues found are fixable, and they are costing enquiries today. This proposal covers a full audit that turns
that score into a ranked, specific plan of work.

    2. WHAT YOU GET
    - A 60-point review across six areas: conversion, clarity, trust, search, speed and follow-up.
    - A weighted score for each area, so improvement is measurable rather than a matter of taste.
    - A written report with every finding, why it matters in plain terms, and the fix.
    - A fix-first plan: the changes ranked by impact against effort, so the first week's work is decided.
    - A 45-minute call to walk through the report and answer questions.

    3. WHAT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE
Implementation of the fixes is quoted separately (see option C below). The audit is yours to keep and act on
    with any team you choose.

    4. TIMELINE
Day 1 Intake questions and access
    Day 2-3 Audit and scoring
Day 4 Report written and delivered
    Day 5 Walkthrough call

    5. INVESTMENT
Option A — Express audit: report only, delivered in 48 hours.
Option B — Standard audit: report, scorecard and walkthrough call. $1,400
Option C — Audit + implementation: the audit plus the priority fixes carried out, quoted after the report.

    6. TERMS
50% to book, 50% on delivery of the report. Payment due within 14 days of invoice.
The report and scorecard are yours to keep and reuse internally.
Either party may cancel before work starts for a full refund of the deposit.

    7. NEXT STEP
Reply to confirm Option A, B or C and Your Studio will send the intake questions and a booking invoice the same day.

Three things that decide whether it closes

A proposal is only as convincing as the audit behind it. These are the parts clients react to.

    Lead with their number

Open with the score and the three worst findings. A specific figure beats any paragraph about your process.

    Price in three tiers

Most clients pick the middle option. Without a top tier there is no middle, and the cheap one wins by default.

    Name the next project

The audit is the doorway. Option C — audit plus implementation — is where the real engagement comes from.

The audit that fills this proposal in

The Client Website Audit Toolkit gives you the 60-point checklist, the scoring model and the full client report structure, so what you deliver matches what you promised here.
